This Friday and Saturday at 7pm, Lost Flamingo Company presents Hearts Like Fists, a comedy about a group of super-girls fighting an evil scientist for the fragile hearts of all lovers. The action-packed play will be performed in The South Pole, located beneath Nelson Commons on South Green.
The show is full of live-action fights and colorful superhero costumes, with a great message beneath it all.
Lost Flamingo Company is a student-run club on campus that directs, produces, and acts in multiple shows throughout the year. They are famously known as the players for the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which performs at the Union Bar every October.
Hearts Like Fists starts at 7pm and is 3$ at the door. So step out of your dorm and go see some theater in your backyard!
Also later this month, LFC is putting on Short Stacks, which is a night of short plays written and starring students. On April 25-27, LFC will perform the musical Spring Awakening in Baker Theater.
